After studying architecture and interior design at high school, she specialised in photography and graphic design at the faculty of Architecture of Florence University, Italy.

In the last years she worked as photographer around Asia and Europe, focusing on global development, architecture, urban re-qualification, sustainability, science and technology.

She is represented by Redux agency, and among others her photos have been published by The Guardian, National Geographic, SciDev.Net, Vanity Fair -Traveller Italy, and La Stampa.
