During the World Health Summit 2014 in Berlin the InterAcademy Medical Panel, a UNESCO agency, organised a workshop for 20 young physicians from across the world. They had an opportunity to explore key dimensions of leadership, with talks and exercises on how to take risks, how to support those who report to them, and how to deal with resistance.
